Trustee Training

This workshop is exclusive to maintenance members who have a trust plan. During this workshop, we will discuss what a trust is, who traditionally serves as a trustee and what their responsibilities are. Please bring any questions or concerns with you to discuss during the “what do you want to know” portion of the workshop.

Annual Client Update Meeting
For clients who are new to the maintenance program, the annual update meeting is specific to maintenance members only. Our goal is to identify any specific questions you may have in regards to estate planning that we have not been able to assist with in the past, inform you of any changes in the legal environment, highlight a variety of different topics that keep resurfacing year after year in the law firm or in the news media, and update you on a variety of different partnerships we have formed in the community.

The EPLC staff chose this location to serve our maintenance clients from all areas of Central New York. We encourage you to explore the beautiful grounds before or after the meeting as Turning Stone Resort and Casino has much to offer.
